Job Details
- Defends general liability cases from intake through trial or resolution.
- Advises clients on legal risks, strategy, and likely outcomes.
- Develops and executes trial strategies and case plans.
- Drafts and reviews pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
- Leads mediations, depositions, hearings, and arbitrations.
- Handles all aspects of discovery in line with deadlines.
- Addresses client concerns and provides regular case updates.
- Maintains high standards in case management and client service.
- Builds and retains strong client relationships; supports business development.
- Meets billable hour and collections goals.
- Takes on additional duties as needed.
