Overview:
- Responsible for underwriting and evaluating commercial real estate loan applications originated by the commercial real estate department.
- Responsible for developing and providing unbiased, objective and thorough underwriting analysis of commercial real estate loans. Underwriting credit analysis of prospective and current borrowers to include analysis of financial statements, collateral and cash flows among other data points.
