Prepare complex and specialized U.S. corporate tax returns
Review simple U.S. tax returns (partnerships, corporate and individual)
Preparation of voluntary disclosures for corporate tax related issues
Establish and maintain effective client relationships
Conduct special tax projects and research
Communicate with respective tax authorities and assist with preparation of government notice responses
Attend relevant workshops and conferences to remain up-to-date on corporate tax issues

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a public accounting firm
CPA, CA / U.S. CPA designation or U.S. enrolled agent, or close to completion, would be an asset
Some experience in corporate U.S. tax is required
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel
Canadian tax knowledge would be an asset
Prior knowledge of U.S. software such as CCH / Prosystem, would be an asset
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to meet tight deadlines
