We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Permanent Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our department and requires a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service. The Permanent Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects, liaising with clients, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, maintaining a high level of customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) to prepare and present reports, manage schedules, and maintain communication with
team members and clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to your work.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues and build strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate issues and implement effective solutions.
  • A keen attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work.
