As a Service Coordinator in the Construction industry, you will be a key player in our team, directly contributing to our goal of delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for construction and project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate consulting services, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Handle incoming inquiries from clients, providing them with accurate and timely information.
3. Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships, track project progress, and generate reports.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
5. Work closely with the Fire Protection team to ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and regulations.
6. Use ServiceTrade to schedule and track service appointments, manage work orders, and document service delivery.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
8. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
9. Participate in project meetings, providing updates and feedback as necessary.
10. Continuously improve our consulting services by collecting feedback from clients and implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Proficiency in Salesforce and ServiceTrade or equivalent software.
3. Experience in Fire Protection and safety regulations within the construction industry.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions.
7. A strong understanding of the construction industry, including best practices and emerging trends.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
