Service Department Manager- $100MIL in Annual Volume Electrical Contractor

We are a Top ENR Ranking contractor, 100% employee-owned, specializing in large and small-scale commercial and industrial electric projects. As our backlog grows, we are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the Electrical department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees electrical service department
• Participate in and provide input to the branch manager for yearly budget activities
• Participate in professional and trade organizations for personal development and to further the goals of CECM and the CECM service department including participation in community involvement activities
• Complete performance evaluations of CECM Service Department office staff and field personnel
• Assess and pursue opportunities for high-margin, low-risk negotiated work, using all resources available inside and outside the company
• Monitor and manage the profit & loss on all service projects and service work

Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge and experience in electrical construction
• Knowledge of accounting, budgets, and P&L
• Excellent computer skills
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc., and their impact on project activities
