Job Details
A growing service division is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial HVAC/Plumbing Service Manager to oversee service operations across multiple office locations. The ideal candidate will manage field technicians, coordinate service schedules, and ensure high-quality customer service, while also contributing to the division’s continued growth in a rapidly expanding market.

- Supervise 4–5 full-time HVAC service technicians and 1–2 part-time plumbers
- Oversee fleet and tool inventory, GPS tracking, maintenance, and replacements
- Maintain and manage refrigeration records
- Approve and process timecards and invoices for billing
- Live dispatch field technicians and coordinate daily schedules
- Handle service work orders, audits, and job documentation
- Manage service contracts and maintain up-to-date customer records
- Assist technicians with troubleshooting and sourcing materials
- Communicate on-call rotation details to the answering service
- Build and maintain customer and vendor relationships
- Track sales trends, product performance, and customer satisfaction
- Stay current on industry trends, safety protocols, and product knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC service technician experience
- At least 3 years of customer service experience
- At least 2 years of technician dispatching experience
- Universal EPA certification
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with invoicing and live dispatch operations
- Effective problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Product and vendor knowledge or the ability to learn quickly
