Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Handle all incoming service calls with professionalism and urgency, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
2. Dispatch technicians to job sites, coordinating schedules to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
3. Maintain an organized system for tracking service calls, technician schedules, and job progress.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
5. Process purchase orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks as needed.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to internal processes as needed.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or HVAC industry.
2. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven track record of responding promptly and professionally to customer needs.
3. Excellent phone communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls and distribute messages efficiently.
4. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules, track service calls, and process purchase orders.
5. Familiarity with the construction industry, including understanding of job site operations and safety protocols.
6. Proficiency in using computer software and systems for scheduling, dispatching, and administrative tasks.
7. Ability to work well as part of a team, communicate effectively with diverse groups, and manage stress in a high-pressure environment.
8. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in business administration or a related field preferred.
