We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This position requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in heavy-duty truck services, CDL, CDK, managing technicians, and diesel technicians. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of success in a similar role. Responsibilities:

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the service department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to maintain high-quality service.
2. Managing a team of technicians, providing them with the necessary training and support to perform their duties effectively.
3. Coordinating with the parts department to ensure the availability of necessary parts and equipment.
4. Implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency in the service department.
5. Handling customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all company and industry safety standards.
7. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to your team.
8. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a service management role in the heavy-duty truck industry.
2. Certified Driver's License (CDL) and CDK proficiency.
3. Proven ability to manage a team of technicians.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience with diesel engines and heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Proficiency in using computer software and systems related to the service industry.
10. A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
