Job Details

Responsibilities

+ Deliver high-quality service projects on time and within budget.
+ Review reports, analyze budgets, and manage scope changes efficiently.
+ Conduct pre-job planning meetings, maintain accurate project schedules, and align them with master schedules.
+ Oversee subcontract agreements and equipment buy-outs to support project needs.
+ Prepare and submit monthly contract billings to ensure positive cash flow.
+ Manage relationships and resolve conflicts with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
+ Visit job sites to monitor work progress, perform inspections, and resolve issues proactively.
+ Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
+ 2+ years of experience managing commercial mechanical service projects.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
+ Proactive leadership with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
