Job Details
Responsibilities -
+ Advise, consult, and coordinate service projects involving facility additions, expansions, or renovations
+ Develop assignments, timelines, and team responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle
+ Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-conscious delivery
+ Review plans, specifications, and submittals to formulate comprehensive project strategies
+ Conduct regular job site visits, work inspections, and progress evaluations
+ Oversee subcontracting, material procurement, and change order management
+ Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to address project milestones and resolve conflicts
+ Maintain up-to-date documentation, reporting, and billing to support operational transparency and cash flow
+ Ensure the Warranty Log and post-project obligations are accurately maintained
Qualifications -
+Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
+ 5 or more years of relevant project management experience, preferably in mechanical or facility service projects
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, client-facing environments
+ Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
+ Comfortable leading teams, resolving issues, and presenting to stakeholders
+ Tech-savvy with familiarity in scheduling tools and project management platforms
+ Professional, proactive, and adaptable to evolving demands and timelines
