Job Details

Seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive growth across commercial roofing service, repair, and preventative maintenance accounts throughout the Phoenix/AZ market.

This role will partner closely with operations teams to develop solutions for customers, manage service opportunities from initial contact through execution, and build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow commercial roofing service and maintenance revenue
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify repeat/upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with service and production teams to scope, price, and execute projects
  • Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline activity
  • Support emergency response and service-related customer needs as required

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of commercial roofing service sales, estimating, repair, or maintenance experience with strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
