Job Details
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ServiceNow Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its administration, configuration, and maintenance.

- Manage and administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its optimal performance and availability.
- Write and modify scripts using Javascript to automate and enhance system functionalities.
- Provide technical support for ServiceNow users, resolving issues and addressing queries efficiently.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand their requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and process maps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and support.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and others.
- Proficiency in configuring and administering ServiceNow platform features, such as workflows, business rules, and forms.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) for customizations.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
