A bit about us:

A large enterprise technology organization is expanding its internal ServiceNow platform capabilities and seeking a ServiceNow Developer (3–5 years experience) to support a major workflow modernization initiative. This role will help migrate legacy service request processes and rebuild internal forms as part of a broader transition to centralized ServiceNow-based operations.

This is a hands-on development role working directly with IT stakeholders to modernize internal service delivery infrastructure.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow modules supporting internal service workflows
Rebuild and modernize approximately 40 legacy internal forms within ServiceNow
Support migration of service request functionality from legacy platforms into ServiceNow
Configure workflows, catalog items, and automation logic
Partner with internal architects and IT leadership to align implementations with platform strategy
Assist with platform enhancements and extension development as adoption expands
Support testing, deployment, and documentation of solutions

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience building forms, workflows, and catalog items
Experience configuring ServiceNow for enterprise IT service environments
Familiarity with platform scripting (JavaScript within ServiceNow)
Experience migrating or modernizing legacy service workflows
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving delivery environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting ServiceNow platform expansions or migrations
Exposure to integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ITSM tools)
Experience replacing legacy tools such as InfoPath or similar form platforms
ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CAD) are a plus
