As a Consulting ServiceNow Integration Engineer, you will be a critical player in our dynamic, fast-paced tech services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, helping them to transform their businesses and achieve their strategic objectives through the implementation of ServiceNow. You will be the driving force behind the design, development, integration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, and your expertise will be crucial in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they are aligned with the client's business needs and strategic objectives.
2. Provide expert consulting services to clients, helping them to understand how ServiceNow can transform their businesses.
3. Manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow integration projects, from initial planning and scoping through to deployment and post-implementation support.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor on all matters related to ServiceNow.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects, sharing your expertise and learning from others.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, and use this knowledge to continuously improve our service offering.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance our ServiceNow delivery capabilities.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow integration projects.
2. ServiceNow Certified, with deep expertise in the platform's features and capabilities.
3. Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget.
4. Exceptional consulting skills, with the ability to understand clients' needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
7. A team player, with the ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
8. A commitment to continuous learning and development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the ServiceNow platform.
