We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shared Services Manager for our Manufacturing department. This is an exciting hybrid role that offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in treasury, travel & expense, accounts payable, variance analysis, monthly and annual reporting, financial controls, manufacturing, forecasting, FP&A, GL, reconciliation, SAP, and Ariba. You will play a key role in driving the financial success of our organization by providing strategic oversight to our shared services function. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will have the opportunity to shape and enhance our financial processes and systems.

Responsibilities:
As a Shared Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing and overseeing the shared services function including treasury, accounts payable, travel & expense, and general ledger.
2. Performing variance analysis, monthly and annual reporting to provide strategic financial insights to senior management.
3. Implementing and maintaining strong financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
4. Driving process improvements in the shared services function to increase efficiency and accuracy.
5. Utilizing SAP and Ariba systems for financial management and reporting.
6. Collaborating with the manufacturing department to develop accurate forecasting and budgeting models.
7. Leading the FP&A processes, providing critical financial insights to aid decision making.
8. Reconciling accounts and ensuring the accuracy of financial data.
9. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
3. Proven experience in treasury, travel & expense, accounts payable, variance analysis, monthly and annual reporting, and financial controls.
4. Extensive knowledge of SAP and Ariba systems.
5. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their financial implications.
6. Experience in forecasting, FP&A, and GL reconciliation.
7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing a team.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapid change.
11. Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice implementation.
