Prepare accurate, timely quotes and proposals for commercial HVAC duct packages.
Interpret plans, specs, and 3D models to validate scope and quantities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on‑time fabrication and delivery.
Manage multiple projects (small TI to large multi‑phase) and hit deadlines without drama.
Solve problems quickly, keep customers informed, and maintain strong relationships.
Perform quality checks and flag risks early to keep jobs on track.
What you bring
High school diploma or GED required.
HVAC or sheet‑metal experience is highly desired—but we’ll train the right learner.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time under pressure.
Comfortable with estimating software would be ideal (Pandas, SAS software), Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); willing to learn estimating tools.
High energy, curiosity, and a customer‑first mindset.
