We’re looking for a skilled and driven Sheet Metal Foreman to join our growing commercial construction team in the San Antonio area.

- Lead and manage field installation teams for commercial sheet metal projects from start to finish.
- Own the labor schedule, manpower coordination, safety practices, quality standards, and productivity benchmarks for your jobsite(s).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with design plans and specifications.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to plan and execute daily activities.
- Forecast challenges before mobilization and implement effective solutions to keep work on track.
- Oversee safety compliance, quality assurance, and training of team members.
- Monitor jobsite documentation including timesheets, field reports, and as-builts.
- Participate in general contractor meetings and serve as a point of contact for field coordination.
- Assist with material take-offs, submittal reviews, and project schedule updates.
- Maintain a strong culture of communication, accountability, and pride in workmanship.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising commercial sheet metal installation projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical plans, field coordination, and construction sequencing.
- Ability to read blueprints, manage labor hours, and plan installations effectively.
- OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety training a plus.
- Familiarity with construction software like PlanGrid or similar preferred.
- Basic computer skills for tracking hours, materials, and jobsite updates.
- Experience with government or federal project requirements (e.g., USACE) is a plus.
