This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing fabrication from material intake through final shipment—ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with project timelines.

Job Details
Seeking a hands-on Shop Foreman to lead fabrication for curtain wall, storefront, and entrance systems. You’ll own the shop floor—from material intake through final shipment—ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily shop operations and crew production
Review drawings and oversee cutting, machining, and assembly
Ensure quality control and adherence to system specs
Manage inventory, material staging, and workflow
Coordinate shipping and load sequencing for field installs
Maintain safety standards and train team members
Qualifications
5+ years in architectural glass/glazing fabrication
Experience with curtain wall, storefront, and entrance systems
Ability to read shop drawings and fabrication manuals
Hands-on leadership + shop equipment experience
