Job Details
We're looking for a bright, driven individual for a Construction Superintendent position. The Construction Superintendents are responsible for various communities and up to 20 homes in production on a regular basis. Construction Superintendents are responsible for managing Punch-out and Laborers. Construction Superintendents are also responsible for managing relationships with sub-contractors.

- Experience as a Construction Superintendent with Single-Family/ Residential build experience
- Custom and/or production build experience
- OSHA 10 and/or 30 is a plus!
