Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Site Controller to lead financial operations at one of our high-performing manufacturing and engineering locations. This role is critical to maintaining financial discipline, driving cost performance, and supporting strategic decision-making at the site level.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all site-level financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis functions
Partner with site leadership to provide insight on cost drivers, operational KPIs, and strategic initiatives
Manage budgeting cycles and monthly/quarterly closing processes in compliance with corporate standards
Ensure internal controls and compliance with US GAAP and corporate financial policies
Oversee standard costing, variance analysis, inventory controls, and capital expenditures
Drive process improvements and support operational excellence initiatives
Serve as the financial liaison between the site and corporate finance team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
6+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP, standard cost accounting, variance analysis)
Proven experience working cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams
Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
