Job Details
Plan and design water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and road infrastructure projects for local municipalities and universities.
Responsibilities include:
Designing various site development projects, including direct engineering for clients and supporting other departments with civil engineering needs.
Performing design calculations, quantifying bid items, developing cost estimates, executing CAD drafting, and preparing reports.
Managing projects and project teams throughout all phases, including due diligence, approvals, permitting, final design, and construction.
Collaborating with technical staff across offices to provide consulting engineering services to state and private universities, municipalities, and local development clients.
Working closely with marketing and technical teams to secure consulting services contracts with universities, national retailers, municipalities, and local developers, leveraging existing relationships and contacts.
Engaging daily with multi-disciplinary and multi-office project teams in a collaborative environment.
Desired skills/experience:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineering license preferred.
5+ years’ experience
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
