In this dynamic role, you will be the go-to expert for all things related to imaging technology. You will be responsible for maintaining and installing hardware, computer peripherals, and imaging applications. You will also provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that all their imaging system-related concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will also play a vital role in training others on computer troubleshooting and usage, as well as maintain our imaging equipment to ensure that all necessary security and system updates are applied.

You will be responsible for maintaining and installing hardware, computer peripherals, and imaging applications. You will also provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that all their imaging system-related concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will also play a vital role in training others on computer troubleshooting and usage, as well as maintain our imaging equipment to ensure that all necessary security and system updates are applied.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for all imaging system-related concerns, both on-site and remotely.
- Install and maintain hardware, computer peripherals, and imaging applications.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, including triaging, tracking, and monitoring ticket progress, and following escalation procedures.
- Assist in creating training materials related to computer troubleshooting and usage.
- Maintain imaging equipment to ensure that all necessary security and system updates are applied.
- Assist with medical device assessment, on-boarding, and troubleshooting.
- Attend clinical department meetings and daily imaging huddles.
- Provide comprehensive issue documentation in the ticketing system.
- Escalate issues appropriately to imaging tier 2 support or other IT departments.
- Track and facilitate issue resolution to completion.
- Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles.
- Manage imaging hardware inventory.
- Contribute to the completeness and accuracy of application installation documentation.
- Provide necessary infrastructure updates to imaging devices.
- Assist with testing and validation for imaging-impacting initiatives.
- Troubleshoot networking and connection issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting imaging technology environments.
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in triaging, tracking, and monitoring ticket progress, and following escalation procedures.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, including advanced workstations and diagnostic monitors.
- Experience in installing and maintaining hardware, computer peripherals, and imaging applications.
- Ability to create and maintain training materials.
- Understanding of clinical workflow to support end users.
- Experience in managing imaging hardware inventory.
- Ability to contribute to the completeness and accuracy of application installation documentation.
- Experience in troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
