Job Details
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Work Supervisor to lead our Brooklyn case management team. In this role, you will provide direct supervision to social work staff, oversee service delivery, ensure compliance with agency and funder requirements, and support the professional development of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of social workers and case managers
Oversee case assignments, documentation, and service planning
Conduct regular supervisory sessions and team meetings
Ensure compliance with program standards and regulations
Provide crisis intervention, guidance, and support when needed
Collaborate with community partners and internal departments to coordinate care
