Job Details

This is a full time position, 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in our Canton office.

This role is working in our Palliative Care Department - providing intensive psychosocial support services to palliative care patients and their family members.

We ask that you have your LCSW license, and are also able to obtain your ACHP-SW Certification (Advanced Certified Hospice & Palliative Social Worker) within two years of employment.
