Job Details
- Permanent position
- Monday - Friday with flexible hours (Typically some 8 hr time frame between 7:45a - 6p)
- Hybrid remote schedule with the option to work Telehealth visits
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Spanish speaking skills very important
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
2. Must be fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken.
4. Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Demonstrated understanding of cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.
7. Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software.
8. Must possess a valid license to practice as an LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent in the state of employment.
9. Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
10. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
