Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in leading software development teams.
3. Strong experience with machine learning integration, including designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models into software applications.
4. Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies, platforms, and tools.
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving a common goal.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and implement innovative solutions.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
9. Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
10. Experience with cloud platforms, big data technologies, and data analytics is a plus.
