Jobot is unique in many ways, and a large part of what sets us apart is our custom-built software (Applicant Tracking System) called Jax! Our Software Project Manager will be a key player in continuing to improve Jax and roll out new features, learning the user needs from our Jobot Pros (recruiters) and GOB (operational team), and effectively communicating these needs to Team Shield (our software engineers).
3 Things that are Needed for this Job:

• Background in software/technology project management, working on large scale projects and roll outs
• Experience with software such as Jira, Trello, and GitHub
• Prior software engineering experience a plus

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:

• Partner with our recruiting and operational teams to learn how they use our software and how it can be improved
• Communicate discoveries and conclusions to our CTO and software engineers, determining a list of priorities
• Develop a scope of work with clear expectations and timelines, ensuring project is on pace and finding solutions when needed

This role follows our hybrid schedule: Monday - Thursday in office in Newport Beach, CA at our beautiful Jobot House!
