Job Details

Our company, a leading player in the renewable energy industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Energy Asset Manager. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating a sustainable future through renewable energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our solar energy assets, ensuring optimal performance, and implementing maintenance and operational strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of solar energy systems, a proven track record in asset management, and a strong commitment to environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities:
As a Solar Energy Asset Manager, you will be expected to:

1. Manage and oversee the company's portfolio of solar energy assets, ensuring their optimal performance, efficiency, and profitability.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance strategies using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure the longevity and efficiency of solar energy assets.
3. Coordinate with various teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to ensure the effective operation and financial performance of solar assets.
4. Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvements.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and contractors.
7. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to evaluate the condition and performance of solar assets.
8. Stay abreast of latest developments in the solar energy industry and leverage this knowledge to improve asset management strategies.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:

1. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification in renewable energy or asset management is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
3. Extensive knowledge of solar energy systems, including their design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
4. Proficiency in using CMMS for managing maintenance activities.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
7. A strong commitment to environmental sustainability and a passion for renewable energy.
8. The ability to travel as needed for site inspections and meetings with stakeholders.
