Speech Language Pathologist

We provide rehabilitation services in inpatient and outpatient settings to individuals in the greater Chicago metropolitan area. Our board-certified therapists offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies in post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities, in the home setting and at outpatient locations.

Our goal is to help individuals achieve optimal clinical outcomes following an illness, injury or hospitalization. Our team will make sure our patients receive the right therapy for their individual needs.

CPT is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the Illinois Physical Therapy Association and the National Association for Home Care. This helps us keep current with best practices in rehabilitation and helps us set standards for the best in rehabilitation care.
