We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Agile Delivery Manager to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of key Agile initiatives, driving the adoption of Agile methodologies, and ensuring the successful execution of Agile projects across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies across the team, ensuring the team is consistently delivering value to our customers.
2. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team is meeting their commitments and continuously improving.
3. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Agile projects, ensuring the team is always working on the highest priority initiatives.
5. Monitor and report on the progress of Agile projects, providing visibility to stakeholders and ensuring any obstacles are promptly addressed.
6. Continuously assess the effectiveness of Agile practices and make necessary adjustments to improve productivity and team performance.
7. Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability, ensuring the team is empowered to make decisions and take ownership of their work.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in an Agile delivery role, preferably within the Tech / Hospitality industry.
2. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or equivalent certification is required.
3. Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
4. Strong understanding of Lean principles and the ability to apply them to improve team performance and productivity.
5. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
7. Proven ability to manage large-scale Agile projects and deliver value to customers.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove obstacles that are impeding team performance.
9. Experience working with scalable Agile frameworks is a plus.
