- Experience at a top-tier company or high-performing startup
- Full-stack experience, but strong backend and system design skills
- LLMs, AI/ML infra, or generative AI experience, even in side/personal projects
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or similar
Nice-to-have:
- Golang
- Rust
- Demonstrated professional work with LLMs, AI/ML infra, or generative AI
- Masters degree/Ph.D. in Computer Science, or similar

We’re hiring our first U.S.-based senior engineer to take ownership of backend systems and help us build mission-critical AI workflows. This is a high-impact, product-driven role for someone excited to work on hard technical challenges and move quickly.

- Architect and implement core backend systems and AI infra
- Build performant APIs and data pipelines for document retrieval and LLM summarization
- Collaborate closely with product/design on feature development
- Explore and deploy cutting-edge LLM tooling and GenAI integrations
- Lead and own projects end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
Must have:
