Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement robust estate plans for individuals, families, and business owners to protect their assets and ensure their wishes are honored.
  • Manage all aspects of trust administration, including the preparation of trust documents, distribution of assets, and resolution of any legal issues.
  • Provide expert legal advice on wills, power of attorney, and other related matters.
  • Represent clients in probate proceedings and manage all related documentation and processes.
  • Maintain a diverse case load, providing each client with personalized and effective legal strategies.
  • Exhibit strong leadership skills and manage a team of junior associates, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
  • Use strategic planning skills to anticipate potential legal issues and develop proactive solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership with the State Bar of California.
  • 3+ years in Estate Planning
  • 2+ years of experience as a Senior Associate Attorney, preferably in the field of estate planning and trust administration.
  • Proven track record of developing comprehensive estate plans and managing trust administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of probate processes and legal matters related to wills, power of attorney, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor junior associates and manage a diverse case load.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to anticipate and proactively address potential legal issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of practice.
