Job Details:
We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Permanent Sr. Bridge Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of bridge engineering projects, from design and analysis to inspection and rehabilitation. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Sr. Bridge Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading the design and analysis of bridge engineering projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
2. Developing and implementing innovative design solutions to complex engineering problems.
3. Preparing and reviewing design specifications, reports, and other project documents.
4. Conducting bridge inspections and assessments, and developing rehabilitation strategies.
5. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and drafters throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and other team members.
7. Ensuring that all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
8. Participating in client meetings and presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
9. Continuously updating knowledge of current industry trends, technologies, and design methods.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Sr. Bridge Engineer position will have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge engineering, including design, analysis, inspection, and rehabilitation.
3. Proficiency in Bridge Design Specifications.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative design solutions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
7. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is REQUIRED.
8. Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and structural analysis tools.
9. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
10. A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
11. The ability to travel as needed for project work.
