Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for driving business performance? We are seeking a Consulting Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stakeholders within the automotive industry, leveraging your skills in business and data analysis, process alignment, change management, and testing. You will play a pivotal role in helping our clients optimize their sales strategies, improve their operational efficiency, and achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing and interpreting data using Qlik and Tekion to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
2. Leading business transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve sales performance, and drive business growth.
3. Managing change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
4. Utilizing Paylocity for payroll and human capital management tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
5. Gathering and interpreting business requirements, translating them into actionable strategies and plans.
6. Developing and tracking KPI metrics to measure the success of business strategies, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
7. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales teams, management, and external clients, to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Proven experience with Qlik, Tekion, Paylocity, and other relevant software.
3. Demonstrated expertise in business transformation and change management.
4. Strong skills in gathering and interpreting business requirements.
5. Experience in tracking KPI metrics to confirm cost reduction and accuracy.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
8. A degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
9. Required day travel up to 25% of the time.
