As a Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation, from initiation to trial, while effectively managing case strategy, conducting discovery, and drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
2. Handle complex legal research and analysis, employing a thorough understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
3. Provide legal advice concerning breach of fiduciary duty, business litigation, and other commercial disputes.
4. Lead and mentor junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
5. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client service by implementing effective communication and reporting practices.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Texas Bar.
3. A minimum of 5+ years of commercial litigation experience, with a focus on breach of fiduciary duty and business litigation.
4. Proven track record of representing clients in complex commercial disputes.
5. Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
