A leading commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

- Execute, manage, and direct all facets of construction management and procurement processes for assigned projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial reports
- Manage Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to ensure high-quality project delivery
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and consultants
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, and success measures
- Develop and maintain successful client relationships for repeat business
- Communicate directly with company management, contractors, and designers regarding project scope, costs, staffing, and scheduling
- Prepare and negotiate client and consultant proposals, fees, schedules, and contracts
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to project budget
- Oversee timely invoicing and collections, including management of delinquent accounts receivables
- Provide leadership, expert counsel, and guidance to project teams
- Manage project team dynamics, morale, and motivation
- Coordinate staffing resources with the Operations Director
Qualifications:
- MUNICIPAL, K12, HIGHER EDU, REC CENTER, HEALTHCARE, AND/OR LIFE SCIENCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
