Job Details
Senior Data Product Analyst to join our Data Platform & Analytics team. You will work with business and technology to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable, cloud-native data solutions. Act as a Product Owner, Scrum Lead, and key partner to technical teams and business stakeholders across the enterprise.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders (finance, ops, supply chain, commercial, etc.) to gather and translate business needs into clear data
- Define product scope, write user stories, and prioritize features for data products and platform capabilities.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage work in Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Lead workshops, document processes, test data solutions, and support user adoption and training.
- Use SQL and data tools to analyze, troubleshoot, and validate data quality and performance.
Experience you need:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in data engineering, analytics, or platform environments.
- Proven success acting as a Product Owner or Agile Lead with experience delivering modern data solutions.
- Strong skills in SQL, data pipelines (Fivetran, dbt, ADF), and tools like Databricks.
- Experience working with enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Workday) and understanding data across business domains.
- Hands-on knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with medallion architecture, delta tables, Unity Catalog
- Background in self-service analytics, internal data products, or data marketplaces
- Certifications (CSPO, CAP, PMI-PBA, etc.)
