Job Details
- Lead and direct engineering projects through all phases of design, development, manufacture, test, and commissioning
- Provide technical expertise and direction to department personnel
- Translate design specifications and code requirements into product designs
- Offer technical support to end users and collaborate with project management, quality assurance, and manufacturing personnel
- Perform product performance testing and support the development of test procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- BSME with 6-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and analysis of industrial rotating machinery
- US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, MathCad, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet
- Thorough understanding of ASME Code Sections VIII and III, with knowledge of high-temperature design
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and highly motivated
