Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the design and development of processing equipment and heat exchangers, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
2. Utilize your expertise in technical drawing to create detailed, accurate, and comprehensive design plans.
3. Manage projects from conception to completion, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle and ensuring all objectives are met within the designated time frame and budget.
4. Develop and optimize P&IDs, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and equipment floor layouts to enhance our manufacturing processes and systems.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and sales to ensure the successful implementation of design plans.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in a design engineering role within the Consumer Goods or Food/Beverage industry.
3. Proven experience in project management, with the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion.
4. Extensive knowledge of packaging and material handling equipment, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and other processing equipment.
6. Proficiency in developing and optimizing P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment floor layouts.
