We are on the hunt for a dynamic, innovative, and experienced (permanent) Sr. Director of Finance for our rapidly growing luxury hotel brand. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of industry leaders and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and future of our company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role working for a hotel brand. Experience in the hotel industry is a must!
Responsibilities:
As the Sr. Director of Finance, you will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal control systems.
2. Developing and implementing financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
3. Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the company.
4. Evaluating and advising on the financial impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies, and regulatory action.
5. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
6. Managing processes for financial forecasting, budgets, and consolidation and reporting to the company.
7. Providing executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
8. Managing and mitigating financial risks.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial managerial position with a hotel.
3. Proven experience in the hotel industry is required.
