Identify, evaluate, and prioritize expansion opportunities using demographic, financial, competitive, operational, and market data.
Oversee the full lifecycle of new location development, including site selection, lease negotiations, design, construction, permitting, licensing, credentialing, operational readiness, and launch execution.
Build scalable processes, dashboards, reporting structures, and accountability systems that improve development speed, visibility, and execution.
Manage multiple concurrent expansion projects across various stages of development.
Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, talent acquisition, clinical leadership, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure successful market launches.

Strong understanding of healthcare operations and the challenges associated with scaling multi-site healthcare organizations.
Experience developing repeatable systems, project management processes, dashboards, KPI reporting, and operational playbooks.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility, accountability, and execution discipline.
