Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Review and interpret a variety of documents including title opinions, oil and gas leases, deeds, probate records, assignments, and contracts to confirm ownership.
- Build and maintain accurate Revenue and Joint Interest Billing (JIB) decks for operated and non-operated properties.
- Handle complex ownership transfers, title curative matters, and pay code modifications efficiently.
- Ensure the precision and consistency of Division of Interest (DOI) records within Quorum OnDemand.
- Investigate and resolve ownership conflicts, suspended funds, and other discrepancies, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual standards.
- Prepare, issue, and manage Division Orders and Transfer Orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Develop, document, and maintain internal workflows, best practices, and departmental procedures.
- Offer guidance, training, and quality assurance for less experienced team members.
- Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions and divestitures and assist with audits as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Division Order, Land Administration, or a similar role is required.
