We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Elec Eng - Electrical Engineer to join our team in the technology industry. The ideal candidate will have a Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) certification and experience in Mentorship, AutoCAD, and Revit. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing electrical engineering projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and providing technical guidance to junior engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute electrical engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Develop and review electrical engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Perform electrical load calculations, short-circuit analysis, and coordination studies.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to identify electrical system requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, architects, and contractors to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) certification.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and project management.
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Demonstrated experience in mentorship and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
