This is a Senior level Electrical Engineer position - ability to lead and direct the team in the design and construction process.

Project Manage electrical team
Preparation of electrical specifications
Review of electrical submittals and coordination with other disciplines
Quality review of construction administration and resolution of design-related installation issues
Maintain effective relationships with clients, customers, and contractors
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Preparation and presentation of project budgets and cost estimates
Reporting project performance
Ensuring quality control process adherence
Effective communication with other engineering disciplines
Handling RFQs, technical bid summaries, and purchase recommendations

Requirements:

BS in Electrical Engineering
Certified Professional Engineer (P.E.); Licensed Engineer in the State of Texas
8 -10+ years of electrical engineering experience in an MEP consulting environment
Expert knowledge in standard engineering techniques and procedures
Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and IEEE Standards
Experience with Revit, Design Master, and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with large project design
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, and organization abilities
