Job Details

The Structural Concrete Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate takeoffs and detailed cost estimates for:

  • Structural concrete projects
  • Concrete tilt-up warehouse builds
  • Other related scopes in civil and industrial construction

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field: or equivalent 3-5 years minimum of similar construction experience.
  • Self starter with excellent time management skills, interpersonal/customer service skills and extremely detail oriented
  • Works well in team environments. Ability to efficiently multi-task.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, GC's, as well as project owners.
  • Proficient in all estimating processes including, but not limited to, bid invitations, quantity takeoffs, applicable unit rates, estimating software's, understanding plans, and specifications after review..
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, and Estimate (B2W).
