Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Develop accurate estimates for pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants.
  • Lead bid teams, coordinate with project managers, and analyze cost data.
  • Prepare proposals, perform risk analysis, and conduct estimate reconciliations.
  • Build and maintain subcontractor/vendor networks.
  • Support preconstruction services including conceptual estimating and budgeting.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of estimating experience in civil or water/wastewater construction.
  • Strong cost analysis, bid preparation, and project modeling skills.
  • Familiarity with estimating software (HCSS, Timberline, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
