Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the HR Business Partner supporting manufacturing leaders.
- Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning.
- Lead employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
- Conduct employee investigations.
- Administer performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with:
o ADA
o EEO
o Wage & Hour laws
- Manage leave of absence programs.
- Support hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and talent decisions.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and reporting.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Support HR operations across a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong Employee Relations experience is required.
- Manufacturing or other high-volume production environment experience preferred.
- Experience conducting employee investigations.
- Experience with performance management.
- Experience administering leaves of absence.
- Strong understanding of:
o ADA
o EEO
o Wage & Hour laws
- Experience using HRIS systems.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Bilingual Spanish required.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with leaders while balancing employee advocacy and business objectives.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
