We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join our highly skilled team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and testing of our innovative mechanical systems. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who has a passion for problem-solving and a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will have a focus on Commercial HVAC systems and will be expected to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will have a focus on Commercial HVAC systems and will be expected to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex mechanical systems and equipment, including Commercial HVAC systems.
- Lead the development of new systems from conceptualization to implementation.
- Oversee the testing and troubleshooting of mechanical systems to ensure optimum performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure all mechanical designs and processes comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and introduce new technologies into the design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Engineering industry.
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer.
- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in Commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and industry safety standards.
- Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A continuous learner who stays updated with the latest industry trends and advancements.
