We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Sr. Project Manager (PM) for our Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) division in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to leverage their expertise in Life Sciences, Labs, Pharma, Higher Ed, Industrial Manufacturing, mission critical, semiconductors, Healthcare Construction, and Procore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in managing large-scale, TI and complex construction projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Sr. PM Commercial TI, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Leading and managing all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and contract administration.
2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.
3. Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
5. Overseeing and managing the construction process, from conceptual development stage through final construction, ensuring that the project gets completed on time and within budget.
6. Utilizing Procore construction management software for project planning, scheduling, and execution.
7. Navigating complex regulatory environments of Life Sciences, Labs, Pharma, Higher Ed, Industrial Manufacturing, mission critical, semiconductors, and Healthcare Construction projects.
8. Addressing and resolving issues that may arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Sr. PM Commercial TI position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
2. Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex construction projects, specifically within Life Sciences, Labs, Pharma, Higher Ed, Industrial Manufacturing, mission critical, semiconductors, and Healthcare Construction sectors.
3. Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. A strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
7. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
8. A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) are a plus.
